Creative Concept: Production of an interactive map for Swire Properties, one of Hong Kong’s leading property developers. The website includes informative and personal anecdotes & photography about 100 sites around Taikoo Place with the objective to change place perception for prospective and current tenants and position the district as a vibrant and fun place filled with character, history and culture and encourage tenants to explore the neighbourhood’s ‘hidden gems’.

Objective: Underpin the repositioning of their Quarry Bay as an emerging business district with great story telling and information about the neighbourhood targeted mainly to new tenants moving in to Taikoo’s office community.

Activities: Front-end development, building CMS, street polling on place perceptions with Taikoo Place tenant community, photography, on-site interviews, digital content creation and design of an illustrated map.
