Creative Concept: Ding Ding Diaries is a platform inviting Hongkongers to share their memories and feelings about the tram. Scouting out stories of passengers and staff of the century-old Hong Kong tramline.

Objective: Show community commitment of HK tramways as authentic Hong Kong brand and offer ordinary Hongkongers an opportunity to share their connection to the brand and be featured on a tram.

Activities: Digital content creation, on-site interviews, photography.

Impact: Dedicated website featuring over 100 stories and 2-month tram advertisement campaign.
